The 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Tricom Fruit Products Ltd will be held on 25th September 2025 at 3.00 p.m. undergoing corporate insolvency resolution process under the provisions of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, through Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means (VC/OAVM). The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from 19 September, 2025 to 25th September, 2025 (Both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting.
