Tricom Fruit Products Ltd Re-appoints Secretarial Auditor, Approves AGM, and General Meeting for FY 2024-25

Tricom Fruit Products Ltd has announced the re-appointment of M/s Hetal Doshi & Associates as the Secretarial Auditor for five consecutive years starting from FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30. The company has also approved the 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the year 2024-25, which will be held on 25th September 2025 through Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means (VC/OAVM) facility. Additionally, the company has approved the Annual General Meeting, Director Report, and Corporate Governance for the FY 2024-25. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain open from 25th September 2025 to 25th September 2025 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the General Meeting.
