Tricom Fruit Products Ltd Re-Appoints Secretarial Auditor, Approves AGM for FY 2024-25

Tricom Fruit Products Ltd has announced the re-appointment of M/s Hetal Doshi & Associates as the Secretarial Auditor for a term of five consecutive years starting from Financial Year 2025-26. The 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the year 2024-25 is scheduled for 25th September 2025 through video conferencing/other audio-visual means. The Committee of Creditors and Resolution Professional have also approved the Annual General Meeting, Director Report, and Corporate Governance for the Company.
