Tricom Fruit Products Ltd. to Approve Q1 2025 Financial Results on July 29

Tricom Fruit Products Ltd. has announced that the 12th meeting of the Committee of Creditors will be held on July 29, 2025. The meeting will consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June 2025. In accordance with this, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company is closed for the Company’s Directors/ officers and designated employees from July 1, 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results.
