Trident Texofab Declares Un-Audited Q1 FY27 Results

Trident Texofab Ltd has announced its un-audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company also reported the resignation of its statutory auditor, M/s. Shah Kairash and Associates LLP, effective August 10, 2026. The Board will consider appointing a new statutory auditor to fill the casual vacancy. Additionally, the Board approved the appointment of M/s. PritAgrawal & Co. as the internal auditor for the financial year 2026-27.
