Triliance Polymers Ltd Appoints New Directors and Auditors

Triliance Polymers Ltd, a company formerly known as Leena Consultancy Limited, has made several significant appointments and reconstitutions. The company appointed Mr. Molin Parekh as Additional Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, Mr. Abhishek Shashikant Agrawal and Mr. Ketan Vyas as Additional Non-Executive Independent Directors, and M/s CVM & Co. LLP as the Internal Auditors. The appointments are subject to the approval of members in the ensuing General Meeting. The Board also reconstituted the Committees effective from the conclusion of the meeting held on 13th February, 2026.
