Triliance Polymers Ltd Appoints New Directors and Internal Auditor

Triliance Polymers Ltd has appointed Mr. Molin Parekh as Additional Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, and Mr. Abhishek Shashikant Agrawal and Mr. Ketan Vyas as Additional Non-Executive Independent Directors. The appointments are subject to the approval of members in the ensuing General Meeting. The company has also appointed M/s CVM & Co. LLP as the Internal Auditor for the financial year 2024-25. The appointments were made at the Board Meeting held on 13th February, 2026.
