Triliance Polymers Ltd. announced its un-audited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2025, along with the appointment of new directors and auditors at its board meeting on 13th February 2026. The company appointed Mr. Molin Parekh, Mr. Abhishek Shashikant Agrawal, and Mr. Ketan Vyas as Additional Non-Executive Directors. Furthermore, M/s CVM & Co. LLP Chartered Accountants were appointed as the Internal Auditors for the financial year 2024-25. The board also reconstituted its committees.
