Trinity League India Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window for Designated Persons from January 1, 2026

Trinity League India Ltd has announced that the trading window for dealing in equity shares of the company will be closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives from January 1, 2026. This decision comes in light of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018. The trading window will reopen after 48 hours of the conclusion of the Board Meeting where the financial results for the quarter ended on December 31, 2025 will be considered. The date of the Board Meeting is yet to be announced.
