Trinity League Sells 50% Stake in Agrotech for ₹10 Lakhs

Trinity League India Ltd has finalized and executed a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) to sell its entire 50% equity shareholding in Agrotech Risk Private Limited to Smt. Madhulika Jain, a Director and Promoter of the company. The transaction, valued at ₹10,00,000 (Rupees Ten Lakh only), was approved by shareholders as a material related party transaction at the 38th AGM on September 30, 2026. This sale marks Trinity League's exit from its investment in Agrotech and is intended to facilitate Agrotech's shareholding restructuring. The transaction is subject to statutory and regulatory approvals. Agrotech contributed nil to Trinity League's turnover in FY 2025-26, and the carrying value of the investment was nil as of March 31, 2026, after provisions.
