Trio Mercantile Board Approves Multiple Resignations and Key Management Changes

Trio Mercantile & Trading Ltd announced the outcome of its Board Meeting held on July 22, 2026. The board accepted the resignations of several key personnel, including Mr. Bhadresh Shah (Non-Executive - Independent Director-Chairperson), Mr. Deepak Ratilal Mehta (Managing Director), Mr. Nehul Azad Chheda (Non-Executive - Independent Director), Ms. Divya Girish Poriya (Non-Executive - Independent Director), Mr. Hiren Kothari (Chief Financial Officer), and Mr. Chetan Bohra (Company Secretary and Compliance Officer). The company also approved changes in designations for Mr. Kaushik Jagannath Joshi to Chairman and Managing Director, and Ms. Radhika Kaushik Joshi to Chief Financial Officer.
