Trio Mercantile Board Meeting Adjourned to July 22

Trio Mercantile & Trading Ltd has announced the adjournment of its Board Meeting, originally scheduled for July 21, 2026. The meeting will now be held on July 22, 2026. The agenda includes changes in director designations and the appointment of new directors. Specifically, Mr. Kaushik Jagannath Joshi's designation is proposed to change, and Mr. Vikram Navin Vador and Mr. Dhruv Suresh Bhanushali are proposed to be appointed as Independent Directors. Ms. Kiran Ramchandra Shelke is also proposed for appointment as an Independent Woman Director. These appointments are subject to shareholder approval.
