Trio Mercantile & Trading Ltd Approves Unaudited Financial Results for Quarter and Nine Months Ended on 31st December, 2025

The Board of Directors at their meeting convened today have inter alia considered and approved Unaudited Financial Results of the company for the Quarter and Nine Months Ended on 31st December, 2025. The results have been prepared in accordance with the Companies (Indian Accounting Standards) Rules, 2015 and other recognized accounting practices. The financial results for the Quarter ended on 31st December, 2025 have been subjected to a Limited review by the statutory auditors of the Company.
