Triochem Products Ltd: 54th AGM Approves FY26 Annual Report

Triochem Products Ltd has submitted its Annual Report for FY 2025-26, which was duly approved and adopted by the members at the 54th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on August 22, 2026. The AGM also saw the re-appointment of Mr. Shyam Sundar Sharma as a Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director. The report includes audited financial statements, directors' report, management discussion and analysis, auditors' report, balance sheet, profit and loss statement, cash flow statement, and statement of changes in equity.
