Triochem Products Ltd Closes Trading Window for Quarter Ended 31st March 2026

Triochem Products Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for the quarter ended 31st March 2026. The closure is in accordance with the 'Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading' of the company, SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, and the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20. The trading window will remain closed from 1st April 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results of the company for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2026. This decision applies to all KMP, designated persons, Directors, promoters, persons acting in concert, employees of the company, along with their respective immediate relatives, and persons having contractual and fiduciary relations with the company. Insiders are advised not to deal in the shares of Triochem Products Limited during the closure of the trading window.
