Trishakti Industries Appoints Sinharay & CO. as Internal Auditor

Trishakti Industries Limited announced that its Board of Directors has appointed M/s. Sinharay & CO., Chartered Accountants, as the Internal Auditor for the Financial Year 2026-27. This decision was made based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee. The company also approved the convening of its 41st Annual General Meeting on September 30, 2026, and fixed September 23, 2026, as the record date for determining eligibility for the final dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, subject to member approval.
