Triton Valves Board Approves Q1 FY27 Results, AGM Date, Dividend Record Date

Triton Valves Limited's Board of Directors met on August 13, 2026, approving the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The board also approved convening the 50th Annual General Meeting on September 25, 2026, and fixed September 18, 2026, as the record date for determining dividend eligibility for FY26.
