Triumph International Finance India Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on February 3, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. The meeting will also address any other matter with the Chair's permission. In accordance with the company's 'Code of Conduct' under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed from January 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of results for Q4 2025.
