Triveni Glass Closes Trading Window for Q2 FY27 Results

Triveni Glass Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's shares. The window will be shut from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of its unaudited financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. This measure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's internal code. The closure applies to all directors, promoters, designated persons, and individuals with contractual or fiduciary relations with the company. The date of the board meeting to approve these financial results will be communicated separately.
