Triveni Glass Ltd has informed the exchange about an intimation received from its promoter, Meeta Agrawal. She received 45,550 equity shares from her late father's demat account, where she was the registered nominee. This transfer is a result of her being the nominee and does not involve any sale or purchase. Consequently, her total shareholding in the company increases to 1,38,871 shares. The value of the transferred shares is ₹3,07,462.50. Although not required for disclosure under SEBI (PIT) regulations due to the nature of the transaction, the company is submitting the disclosure as a matter of good corporate governance.
