Triveni Turbine Re-appoints Vijay Kumar Thadani as Director

Triveni Turbine Ltd's Board of Directors has approved the re-appointment of Mr. Vijay Kumar Thadani as an Independent Director for a second term of 5 years, effective from December 15, 2026, until December 14, 2031. This re-appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. The board also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Vipin Sondhi as Non-Executive Independent Director for a further period of 5 years with effect from March 17, 2027 upto March 16, 2032. The board also recommended a final dividend of ₹2 per share for FY26, subject to shareholder approval.
