Zinema Media And Entertainment Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for all Directors, Designated Persons, their relatives, and connected persons. The closure will be effective from 01st April 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for the consideration and declaration of un-audited financial results for the same period is yet to be intimated. The trading window will also be closed for Designated Persons, Designated Employees, and their immediate relatives during this period.
