TruAlt Bioenergy: Promoter Group Pledges 3 Lakh Shares

TruAlt Bioenergy Limited announced that Mrs. Kamala Murugesh Nirani, a member of the Promoter Group, has created a pledge on 3,00,000 equity shares. These shares represent 0.35% of the total share capital. The pledge was made with Jio Credit Limited as security for debt availed by Mr. Vijaykumar Nirani and Mr. Vishal Nirani, also Promoters, to finance the acquisition of TruAlt Bioenergy shares and increase their shareholding. Mrs. Nirani's pre-pledge holding was 4.93% (42,27,590 shares), and post-pledge, her direct holding remains 4.93% with 39,03,146 shares not encumbered.
