TruAlt Bioenergy Secures ₹150 Cr Under PM JI-VAN Yojana

TruAlt Bioenergy has received approval for ₹150 crore in financial assistance under the PM JI-VAN Yojana for its Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) project. This funding, approved by the Centre for High Technology (CHT), is expected to cover 7-10% of the project's capital expenditure. The project aims to produce 10 crore litres of SAF annually, supporting India's energy transition, aviation decarbonization, and reducing reliance on imported fossil fuels. This initiative aligns with global and domestic SAF blending targets and positions India as a competitive SAF producer.
