TTI Enterprise Completes RTA Change to Purva Sharegistry

TTI Enterprise Ltd has announced the completion of its Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA) change. The process, initiated on July 18, 2026, has officially transitioned the RTA services from M/s. Niche Technologies Private Limited to M/s. Purva Sharegistry (India) Private Limited, effective August 28, 2026. This change has been confirmed by letters from National Securities Depository Limited and Central Depository Services (India) Limited. Shareholders are advised to direct all future RTA-related correspondence, including share transfers and transmissions, to the new RTA. Additionally, a special window for lodging transfer requests for physical shares executed before April 1, 2019, has been opened from February 5, 2026, to February 4, 2027, which will be processed by the new RTA.
