TTI Enterprise Ltd Approves Unaudited Standalone Q1 FY27 Results

TTI Enterprise Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, following a recommendation from the Audit Committee, has approved the unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The results were reviewed by the statutory auditors, Mark & Co., Chartered Accountants, who issued a limited review report. The financial statements are prepared in accordance with Indian Accounting Standard 34 (Ind AS 34) and other generally accepted accounting principles in India.
