TTI Enterprise Ltd has announced a change in its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA). The company is transitioning from M/s. Niche Technologies Private Limited to M/s. Purva Sharegistry (India) Private Limited. This move is intended to further strengthen the company's investor services function, leveraging Purva Sharegistry's market share, expertise, infrastructure, and reputation. The effective date of this change will be communicated in due course after definitive agreements are executed and necessary transition procedures with NSDL and CDSL are completed. M/s. Niche Technologies Private Limited will continue to act as RTA until the transition is finalized.
