TTK Healthcare Tax Auditor M/s. Aiyar & Co. Resigns

TTK Healthcare Ltd announced that its tax auditor, M/s. Aiyar & Co., Chartered Accountants, has resigned from its tax audit assignment for FY 2025-26. The firm cited ineligibility to sign audit reports for listed companies as per current guidelines and the scope of their Peer Review Certificate from ICAI.
