TTL Enterprises Board Approves AGM, Auditor Appointments

TTL Enterprises Limited (formerly Trupti Twisters Limited) held a board meeting on September 1, 2026. The board approved the Director's Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, and announced the 38th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on September 28, 2026. M/s Dharti Patel & Associates were appointed as Secretarial Auditors for a five-year term, subject to member approval. M/s.
