TTL Enterprises Closes Trading Window for Q2 FY27

TTL Enterprises Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's securities. This closure is effective from October 1, 2026, and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026. All officers, designated employees, directors, and auditors are prohibited from trading during this period, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The date for the board meeting to approve these results will be announced separately.
