Tube Investments Announces 18th AGM on Aug 14, 2026

Tube Investments of India Ltd has issued a notice for its 18th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for Friday, August 14, 2026, at 3:30 PM IST. The meeting will be conducted as an Electronic AGM (e-AGM) via Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM), in compliance with Ministry of Corporate Affairs circulars and the Companies Act, 2013. The company has also shared electronic copies of the AGM notice and the Annual Report for FY 2025-26. Shareholders can participate in remote e-voting from August 10 to August 13, 2026. The cut-off date for determining voting eligibility is August 7, 2026. The agenda includes adoption of the Board's Report, Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements for FY 2025-26, and declaration of a final dividend of ₹1.50 per share.
