Tube Investments Appoints New Chief People Officer, Changes Auditors

Tube Investments of India Ltd announced significant changes following a Board of Directors meeting on June 29, 2026. The Board recommended the appointment of M/s. Price Waterhouse Chartered Accountants LLP as the new Statutory Auditors for a five-year term, succeeding M/s. S R Batliboi & Associates LLP. Additionally, Mr. S Venkataraman has been appointed as the Chief People Officer and Senior Management Personnel, effective immediately. Mr. R B Selvakumar transitions out of Senior Management Personnel to a business role. The meeting also approved the recommendation for the auditor appointment to be presented to shareholders at the upcoming AGM.
