Tube Investments Subsidiary's Auditors Resign

Tube Investments of India Ltd announced that M/s. Sundaram & Srinivasan, Chartered Accountants, have resigned as the Statutory Auditors of its material subsidiary, Tl Clean Mobility Private Limited (TICMPL). The resignation is effective from the conclusion of TICMPL's 5th AGM held on July 30, 2026. The move aims to align TICMPL with the holding company, TII, by having a common auditor to ensure uniformity in audit processes and practices. The auditors confirmed there are no other material reasons for their resignation, citing a group-wide initiative for auditor alignment.
