GKS Technology Park Pvt Ltd and PACs, including Altis Properties Private Limited, Mr. K V Ramana Shetty, and Mr. Atul Gupta, have acquired 12.56% of Tulive Developers Limited's shares, totaling 2,70,697 shares, on April 23, 2026. This acquisition occurred following the delisting of the company's equity shares. Post-acquisition, the acquirer's holding along with PACs stands at 10,16,064 shares, representing 47.16% of the total share/voting capital. The acquisition was made pursuant to the delisting of Equity Shares of the Company.
