Tulsyan NEC Limited has announced its 79th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on Saturday, September 19, 2026, at 11:30 AM IST. The meeting will be conducted through Video Conferencing (VC) and Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). Shareholders will be able to cast their votes electronically on all resolutions presented at the AGM, in accordance with Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013, and SEBI regulations. The primary business of the AGM will be to receive, consider, and adopt the audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, along with the reports of the Board of Directors and Auditors.
