Tulsyan NEC Ltd Appoints SRBR and Associates as New Auditors

Tulsyan NEC Ltd announced a change in its statutory auditors at its 79th Annual General Meeting held on September 19, 2026. The term of the previous auditors, CNGSN & Associates LLP, expired at the AGM. SRBR and Associates LLP have been appointed as the new statutory auditors for a term of five years, commencing from the conclusion of the 79th AGM until the conclusion of the 84th AGM in 2031. SRBR and Associates LLP is an established firm with a long track record in audit and advisory services.
