Tuticorin Alkali Chemicals and Fertilizers Ltd has announced its 53rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on September 25, 2026, via Video Conferencing. The meeting will cover the adoption of audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, and the re-appointment of Mr. K R Anandan as a Director. Additionally, the AGM will address the appointment of B Y & Associates as Cost Auditors for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2027. The Annual Report and AGM notice have been dispatched to shareholders, and the Register of Members will be closed from September 18 to September 25, 2026.
