TV Today Network Ltd. Approves Addendum to MoU, Increasing Consideration for FM Radio Broadcasting Operations Sale

TV Today Network Ltd. announced that the Special Committee of Directors has approved an addendum to the Memorandum of Understanding with Creative Channel Advertising and Marketing Pvt. Ltd. The amendment increases the amount of consideration for the proposed sale of FM Radio Broadcasting Operations (comprising three FM radio stations in Mumbai, Delhi, and Kolkata under the frequency 104.8 FM) as a going concern. The new consideration will be the original amount of Rs. 20 Crore plus applicable taxes and the Net Worth of Vibgyor Broadcasting Pvt. Ltd. at the time of transfer. This decision was made during a Special Committee of Directors meeting held on March 26, 2025. The meeting commenced at 5:00 P.M. and concluded at 5:36 P.M.
