TV Today Network Ltd. to Sell FM Radio Broadcasting Operations for Rs. 20 Crore

TV Today Network Ltd. has approved the sale of its FM Radio Broadcasting Operations to Creative Channel Advertising and Marketing Pvt. Ltd. for a total consideration of Rs. 20 Crore. The Radio Business, which comprises of three FM radio stations in Mumbai, Delhi and Kolkata under the frequency 104.8 FM, contributed 1.70% to the total turnover of the company in FY 2023-24. The sale is expected to be completed by 31st January 2026. Creative Channel does not belong to the promoter/promoter group/group companies.
