TV Vision Ltd: Resolution Professional Appointed by Creditors Committee

TV Vision Limited has officially appointed Mr. Alok Kumar Murarka as the Resolution Professional following approval from the Committee of Creditors (CoC) during their first meeting on August 31, 2026. Mr. Murarka, who was previously the Interim Resolution Professional (IRP) appointed by the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) on July 30, 2026, will now oversee the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) for the remainder of its duration. This appointment was confirmed through an electronic voting mechanism by the CoC, signifying a key step in the company's insolvency proceedings.
