TVS Electronics Board Approves FY26 Results, Sets AGM Date

The Board of Directors of TVS Electronics Ltd met on May 22, 2026, and approved the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The statutory auditors, M/s. Guru & Jana LLP, issued an unmodified opinion on these financial statements. The board also decided to convene the 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Saturday, August 8, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. (IST).
