NCLT Chennai Sanctions Scheme of Amalgamation Between TVS Investments Pvt Ltd and TVS Electronics Ltd

The Hon''ble National Company Law Tribunal, Chennai has sanctioned the Scheme of Amalgamation between TVS Investments Pvt Ltd(Transferor Company) and TVS Electronics. The order was passed on 27° November, 2025 and is available on the NCLT and company's website. The Appointed Date for the Scheme is closing business hours of April 01, 2023. The ‘Effective Date’ of the Scheme will be intimated to the Stock Exchanges in due course.
