TVS SCS Forms JV with ALA Corp for Aerospace & Defence

TVS Supply Chain Solutions (TVS SCS) announced the formation of a joint venture with Italy-based ALA Group to develop opportunities in India's aerospace and defense sectors. The JV, named TVS Packaging Solutions Private Limited, will involve an investment of up to INR 10,19,00,000 by TVS SCS and INR 9,80,00,000 by ALA Group. Post-investment, TVS SCS will hold 51% and ALA Group 49% stake. The venture aims to support business expansion and targets cumulative revenues exceeding ₹2,000 Cr by 2031. The transaction is on an arm's length basis and is expected to be completed by September 30, 2026.
