Twentyfirst Century Management Services Ltd Announces 40th AGM Date

Twentyfirst Century Management Services Ltd announced that its Board of Directors met on July 23, 2026, and approved the Notice for the 40th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on September 3, 2026. The AGM will be conducted via Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means. The board also recommended increasing the remuneration for the Managing Director, Mr. Karthik Sundar Iyer, from ₹30 lacs to ₹60 lacs per annum, effective April 1, 2026, to August 31, 2028. Additionally, the remuneration for Whole-time Director and CEO, Shri Sundar Iyer, was recommended for continuation at ₹60 lacs per annum for a further three years from April 1, 2026. The company also announced the book closure dates for the AGM, from August 28, 2026, to September 3, 2026, and the remote e-voting period from August 31, 2026, to September 2, 2026.
