Typhoon Holdings Appoints Secretarial Auditor, Schedules AGM

Typhoon Holdings Ltd announced the outcome of its Board Meeting held on July 27, 2026. The Board appointed M/s Dharti Patel & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2031, subject to member approval. M/s Kishan Patel and Associates were appointed as auditors for FY 2026-27. The Board also approved the Draft Directors' Report for FY 2025-26 and fixed the Annual General Meeting (AGM) for August 24, 2026. The e-voting period will be from August 21 to August 23, 2026, with the register of members closed from August 18 to August 24, 2026.
