U. H. Zaveri Appoints SS Lunkad & Associates as Secretarial Auditor

U. H. Zaveri Ltd has announced the appointment of M/s SS Lunkad and Associates, Practicing Company Secretaries, as the Secretarial Auditor. This decision was approved by the Board of Directors on September 3, 2026, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee. The appointment is for a term of five consecutive financial years, commencing from FY 2026-27 to 2030-31, and is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. The appointed auditors have over five years of post-qualification experience in secretarial and legal matters.
