U. H. Zaveri Ltd Appoints Ritesh Soni as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer

A meeting of the Board of Directors of U. H. Zaveri Limited was held on Wednesday, 31st December, 2025. The Board, on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, approved the appointment of Mr. Ritesh Soni (Membership No. A64918) as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company, with effect from December 31, 2025. Ritesh Soni is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and has experience in dealing with matters of Companies Act, Listing Regulations and allied laws. None of the KMP, Senior Management, or directors are inter-se related to Ritesh Soni.
