U. Y. Fincorp Appoints New Internal & Statutory Auditors

U. Y. Fincorp Ltd announced the appointment of new Internal and Statutory Auditors following resignations. M/s Seth and Associates have been appointed as Internal Auditors effective July 24, 2026, for FY 2026-27, filling a casual vacancy. M/s Praveen K Srivastava & Co have been appointed as Statutory Auditors effective July 24, 2026, until the conclusion of the ensuing Annual General Meeting, also to fill a casual vacancy. These appointments were approved by the Board of Directors based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee.
