U. Y. Fincorp Ltd. Announces 32nd AGM, Business Expansion in Uttar Pradesh, and Joint Venture with Fintech Cloud Private Limited

U. Y. Fincorp Ltd. has announced its 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for 24th September 2025. The company's Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from 18th to 24th September 2025 for this purpose. The company has also released its Annual Report 2024-2025, highlighting its performance and operations. U. Y. Fincorp has reported a profit before tax of INR 1,693.88 Lakhs for the financial year 2024-2025. The company has expanded its business operations into newer loan segments under the new brand name 'GrowU. Money' in Lucknow and Kanpur, and is further expanding into central and eastern Uttar Pradesh. U. Y. Fincorp has also entered into various Business Correspondent Agreements for expansion of its business. The company has digitalized the onboarding and disbursement process of small ticket sized loans with a monthly run rate of approximately INR 100 Lakhs. U. Y. Fincorp has also formed a contractual joint venture with Fintech Cloud Private Limited (FCPL) for expansion of its business into the field of small ticket size Personal and Business Loan under the new brand name 'FUNDOBABA'. The company is directly operating across 3 States i.e. West Bengal, Uttar Pradesh and Maharashtra through its branch network under the branding of GrowU.Money, and through collaboration with Fintech Cloud Private Limited (FCPL) under FUNDOBABA branding.
