Ucal Ltd Appoints Adithya Srivatsa Jayakar as CEO

Ucal Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Adithya Srivatsa Jayakar as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) effective August 13, 2026. Mr. Jayakar, who currently serves as the Deputy Managing Director (DMD), will continue in his existing role while also taking on the CEO responsibilities. This decision was approved by the Board of Directors following a recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. The company cited the need for continuity in executive leadership and management as the reason for this appointment. Mr. Jayakar brings extensive experience in the automotive industry, general management, sales, marketing, operations, and supply chain management.
